FAQs
What is the turnaround time to receive my photos?
Typically, for portrait sessions, the turnaround time for receiving your edited photos is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. However, larger or more complex photo sessions may require additional time for editing and processing. Rest assured, I strive to deliver high-quality photographs within a reasonable time frame and will keep you informed of any delays for larger projects.
How many photos will I receive from my session, and are additional edits available?
Each session includes a curated selection of 15 high-quality photos that encapsulate the best moments captured. You’ll receive a photo proof of all images taken during the session, allowing you to choose an additional 3 photos for editing, totaling 18 photos.
Should you desire further edits beyond the 18 selected photos, additional editing services are available at $20 per edit. This ensures that you receive precisely the images you envision while maintaining the highest standards of editing and quality. If you have specific preferences or need guidance regarding additional edits, feel free to discuss it during or after your session.
Can I get the RAW files?
We understand the interest in receiving RAW image files; however, my standard practice is to deliver a finished product that reflects the quality and style showcased in my portfolio. RAW files are essentially unprocessed and require specific software to view or edit. Often, the initial state of RAW files may not resemble the final edited images clients see in my portfolio.
Clients invest in my services to receive a final product that aligns with our artistic vision and professional editing. Therefore, we do not distribute RAW files as part of our standard service for individual sessions.
For corporate clients seeking RAW files and a licensing agreement for their specific editing needs, we offer a separate package that includes access to RAW files and grants the necessary usage rights. Corporate clients often possess a deeper understanding of RAW files’ capabilities and pay a premium for this additional service to tailor the images to their brand specifications.
I prioritize delivering high-quality edited photographs that showcase my expertise and style, ensuring my clients receive a final product they love and cherish.
Where are you based?
I am based in the Inland Empire region of Corona, California. For your convenience, I offer photography services within a 20-mile radius from my location without any additional travel fees.
For sessions outside this radius, a travel fee will be applied to cover additional expenses such as transportation and time. This fee ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service regardless of the distance. Please reach out to me directly for inquiries about sessions beyond our standard service area, and I’ll be more than happy to discuss the details and associated travel costs.
Do you offer a payment plan?
While I typically do not offer payment plans as a standard practice, I understand that individual circumstances may require flexibility. I’m committed to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to work with me.
In select cases, I do accommodate payment plans for clients who express a genuine interest in my services. Our payment plan generally consists of three installments:
– $100 Non-Refundable Deposit: This secures your session date and is non-refundable.
– Two Remaining Payments: These will be divided based on the total cost of the service chosen, with a mutually agreed-upon schedule between the client and me.
I believe in creating a positive experience for my clients, and if a payment plan would make my services more accessible, I’m open to discussing and accommodating such arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss your specific needs, and I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for both parties.
What should I wear?
When deciding what to wear for your photoshoot, consider soft, neutral colors like creams or earthy tones as a base. Look for clothes that flow nicely or have interesting textures, avoiding big logos or busy patterns. Coordinate colors that complement each other while keeping in mind the theme of the shoot, if applicable. Dress comfortably for the location of the photoshoot. Feel free to bring multiple outfits or make changes during the session, as long as it fits within the allotted time scheduled. It’s also a good idea to have an extra outfit on hand, just in case.
